Discover the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza in an exclusive class with chef Marcello Fella, owner of Osteria Ficcanaso, awarded two years in a row by the Gambero Rosso guide. This unique experience, designed for a maximum of 3 participants, will guide you through the basic steps to make a perfect Margherita pizza, starting with a secret dough and finishing with the famous San Marzano tomatoes.
In small groups, you'll have your own personal station and, under the expert guidance of the chef, you'll learn how to knead the dough, divide it into "loaves" following the ancient technique of "staglio," and prepare your pizza like a real pizza maker. You will also try your hand at rolling out and seasoning your creation, placing it on the peel before baking it in the oven. As you bake your pizza, the heady aroma of San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil will transport you to the heart of the Italian culinary tradition.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy the pizza you have prepared, in a convivial atmosphere that will make you feel like among friends. To take a tangible memory of the experience with you, you will receive a certificate of participation and the original recipe to reproduce the pizza at home and amaze your loved ones.
