Sponsorship and contributions

Visit San Donato Val di Comino is a project conceived and supported by Living Ciociaria APS with the aim of enhancing the territory of San Donato Val di Comino and its tourist, cultural and food and wine excellences. The Association can grant its patronage to associations, committees, non-profit organizations and foundations, public personal service companies, and individuals.

The sponsorship represents a symbolic form of endorsement and an expression of Visit San Donato Val di Comino's appreciation to initiatives deemed worthy.

The sponsorship authorizes the use of the logo of Visit San Donato Val di Comino in all forms of dissemination of the initiative such as announcements, posters, flyers, brochures and catalogs.

Material that will be prepared by the applicant after sponsorship is granted must still be explicitly approved and authorized by Visit San Donato Val di Comino and Living Ciociaria.

The granting of patronage is not a constraint for the recognition of financial contributions and/or any other economic or other benefits by Visit San Donato Val di Comino.

Applications completed in full and received at least 30 days in advance of the date of the proposed initiative will be considered.

Admission to Advocacy

Patronage of Visit San Donato may be granted for events, activities or projects that:

• Contribute to the tourism, cultural, environmental, artistic, economic, social and sports growth of the San Donato Val di Comino community, fostering active participation and the formation of a shared cultural identity.
• Promote agricultural, industrial, craft, commercial and tourism activities of general interest to the community.
• Be aimed at the development of solidarity and inspired by principles of tolerance.
• They meet the programmatic and statutory lines of Visit San Donato.

Events or initiatives that result in:

• In clear contrast to the aims of Visit San Donato.
• Detrimental to the image of Visit San Donato.

Before filling out the forms and preparing the attachments, please read the Guidelines carefully and adhere strictly to the directions contained therein.

The granting of Patronage and/or other forms of support for initiatives is NOT due by force of law. Therefore, the request does NOT in any way imply a response from Visit San Donato Val di Comino.

Forms of Advocacy

The sponsorship of Visit San Donato allows the applicant to enjoy the following benefits:

• Use of the Visit San Donato logo.
• Event visibility on all Visit San Donato digital channels (website and social media).
• Facilitated access, according to economic arrangements, for drafting paperwork.

At the discretion of the Board of Directors, and upon the express request of the applicant, may be granted:

• The use of Visit San Donato facilities, in the time and manner specified by the Board.
• The use of available equipment owned by Visit San Donato, at the times and in the ways indicated by Visit San Donato.

Filling out the application

The application for sponsorship must be completed using the appropriate form and sent to the President of Living Ciociaria at least 30 days before the start of the event. The Board of Directors of Living Ciociaria will give its opinion, positive or negative, within 15 days of receiving the complete application in all its parts.

Board decisions will be communicated to the applicant promptly. In the case of a negative opinion, the reason will be communicated within 21 days of receipt of the complete application.

Procedure for granting patronage

To obtain sponsorship, the applicant must submit a written application to the President of Living Ciociaria, enclosing a detailed program and all information necessary to assess eligibility.

Advertising material and logo

By granting sponsorship, event organizers acquire the right/duty to mention it in all promotional materials and to use the Visit San Donato logo limited to the period of the event or project.
