The history of La Grotte Resort is rooted in the passion and vision of Cesidio and Silvana Cucchi. In 1982, with the help of architect Annarosa Formicola, the two transformed a historic structure carved from stone into a unique restaurant. Their dedication to tradition and quality has resulted in a place where guests can savor the authenticity of the area through fine cuisine that combines local flavors and innovation.

In 2001, the ambitious project expanded with the addition of a three-star hotel, equipped with 22 elegant and comfortable rooms, and a 360-square-meter banquet hall, ideal for hosting special events and weddings. The restaurant's cuisine, entrusted to the skilled hands of Chef Antonio Cristini, is renowned for its modern reinterpretation of traditional local dishes.

In 2011, to further enrich the guest experience, two state-of-the-art swimming pools were added, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature. Today, La Grotte Resort is lovingly managed by the Cucchi family and their daughters, continuing to offer a sincere and warm welcome to every guest who crosses the threshold of this enchanting retreat.
